Suggested use
Suggested use: Mix one dose (35 g) of Isotonic Drink powder with 500 ml of cold water and consume it during your training. The measuring spoon included in the package is only used to help with the measurement, always use a digital gram scale for accurate dosing!

Since he indicated that there is also a grapefruit flavored one, I ordered 2 boxes right away. After 2 days, it arrived. I use it during/after running. The effect of the product is good, the taste is less so. The taste of the fruit is not noticeable, for me it is a little sweet, but the effect has worked and I appreciate it here. I boosted it by putting the juice of the peeled fruit in it, putting it in the fridge and it becomes a very pleasant drink. So I was happy to eat both boxes.
