Ingredients: flour mixture (buckwheat flour, potato starch, coconut flour, wheatflour), coconut milk powder, pea protein isolate, dextrose, emulsifier (sodium carboxymethylcellulose), flavorings, sweetener (sucralose), table salt, vanilla crystal, color (beta-carotene).

Preparation suggestion:For American pancakes:
Mix one serving (50 g) of pancake mix powder with 50 ml of vegetable milk or water in a mixing bowl. Lightly oil a preheated pan, then fry both sides of the pancakes until golden brown.
For classic thin pancakes: The mixing ratio varies: mix 50 g of flour mixture with 100 ml of vegetable milk or water.
